CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
We stand by our strong commitment to your satisfaction with our products and services. If you do experience an issue, please accept our apology in advance for any inconvenience and you can rest assured that we will work hard to make things right. Any order refused by the customer out of any genuine and authentic reason, should reach the warehouse in a good condition. The refunds the cost of the product after deducting shipping and handling costs and a credit note will be issued to the customer. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you purchased, you can return it to us for a refund. Refunds issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only and shipping costs will not be reimbursed and note that we do not offer replacements.
Cancellation duration is 2 working days.
You can return the product within 7 days of receipt of your package. To start the returns process, contact us within this time frame so that we can provide a return authorization code and address on where to return your items. Payment will be refunded only when the product reaches back to us and refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of package with customer’s bank details for refunding.
Refund duration is 7 working days
We highly recommend that you use a traceable courier.
We do not accept returns of opened, unsealed or used products.
The following category of products are not eligible for Cancellation / Refund :
PLANTS SEEDS and SEED BALLS.
PLANTS SEEDS and SEED BALLS are not eligible for refund. In genuine cases only replacement will be given.
