ORGANIC MILK THISTLE MICROGREEN SEED

Silybum marianum has other common names including cardus marianus, milk thistle, blessed milkthistle, Marian thistle, Mary thistle,etc., and belongs to Asteraceae family.Silybum marianum is an erect, annual (or biennial in California) herb growing from one to two meters tall with solitary purple.It is an herbal supplement used to treat liver and biliary disorders. Silymarin, a mixture of flavanoid complexes, is the active component that protects liver and kidney.

HOW TO GROW:Mix Manure with soil (30:70),and this will help in germination of seeds. Care needs to be taken to see that the soil is clean from any weed or insect.Open the seed packet on a sheet of paper and put the seeds into the prepared soil to half inch of depth. While watering, sprinkling water through a sprinkler or manually using your hands.Germination may take place 6-8 days.Then you may transplant the seedlings to various pots or desired areas.

HOW TO GROW MICROGREENS (READ INSTRUCTIONS FOR DETAIL)

*Fill your container with cocopeat (1-2 cm deep).Add water lightly and make sure the media is moist not wet.
*Generously sprinkle seeds over coco peat and press in lightly.
*Liberally mist seeds with water and cover the container with a plastic lid.
*Sprinkle water daily (12 Hrs once) as needed to keep the seeds moist.
*After 3-4 days remove the lid to expose germinated seeds to sun light.
*Water once a day while your micro greens grow and gain color.
*After 10-12 days your micro greens should be ready to harvest.
